There are so many plot holes I don't even know what's going on HELP

Ok so basically Ikumi, who is a pregman that looks “manly” for a pregman, has his periods which are basically heats and his childhood friend Chiharu is kinda helping him.
On another part Miyuki, the black haired cutie is a pregman too and has a crush on Ikumi, and the glasses dude who appeared has a crush on Miyuki.
Leon, is another pregman who sleeps around even outside his period, and it seems that he likes to make everyone’s life miserable if they’re happy. Leon forced a bean to have sex with him by releasing pheromones and since he’s a cute ass bean, he wanted to “take responsibility” for it.
I guess there’s no specific plot, but just the development of the pairings I guess

Recap he was basically used for his whole childhood, he thought they were gonna fall in love they didn't man marries the woman he has pity party any treats men like toys, because that's how he was treated (I think)
