Till now the only personality that blue haired girl has that she is dumb asf and she crys a lot. Also the prince and king can go kill themselves. Especially the king for being a bad parent.
She probably is also kind and emphatic.
But as a character she seems so laaaaaame, but is not like I have never seen characters like her falling for tyrants like the prince.

I don't remember him openly killing her friends, the kills were under the table without her knowledge.
The only open one was killing unnie after she tried to kill the heroine with poison, killing the friend maid Jane instead.
I honestly hope that, as lame an annoying as she was as a FL in the og novel, I hope she doesn't turn out to be an evil piece of shit as WOW PLOT TWIST HEROINE IS EVIL! As if most manhwas haven't exploded that twist enough.
I really hope she helps the heroine to open her eyes to see how evil the prince is, but well, she already said she will support them to not have her head cut off, which is understandable.
