She gets thrown into nobles' jail after Etienne provides evidence of her and her family's crimes, and he visits her to basically say how shit of a mother she's been and that her ambitions are over. She gets PISSED and decides to screw him over one last time by calling a reporter, telling her that Etienne is lying to everyone b/c he wants to be emperor, and provides a heat-inducing drug so the reporter can see the truth for herself. So of course the reporter goes to chat with Etienne RIGHT BEFORE THE PARTY ANNOUNCING HIM AS CROWN PRINCE, gives him spiked tea, and gasp! It affects him! The empress was right, what a scoop!
...Except oops, the inducer interacts with Etienne's already-battered body and causes him excrutiating pain. The reporter starts to realize maaaaybe something's wrong and that's when Theodore conveniently shows up (totally at the empress' behest) to try and mark/rape Etienne. Thankfully, Rishar manages to save him, but the scene happened right outside the party doors and lots of ppl notice the omega pheromones. I think Theodore, the reporter, and the empress get charged with attempted murder (via poison) for the whole fiasco.
That's pretty predictable and judging by her character i can't say that's surprising either, but DAMN WHAT A BITCH

I read until chapter 735, aside from the main couple Kishiar & Yuder, there is only Emperor Keilusa and his wife Empress Faria shown as couple. Not sure if there is new couple later on since the novel is already has 1000+ chapter
As far as i read, there's no side couple. There's just mentioning of Pruelle van Tain (Duke Tain firstborn) interest in Ever Beck but she kinda nipped it in the bud cause he's a noble and she's a commoner so yeah
The emperor and empress are plenty cute together tho

Ok i don’t like how everyone was villainizing the seme saying he was only taking from the uke not giving and much more hurtful words …. The problem was the uke escaping from his feeling for the seme and not talking about his worry ( and I don’t hate him this is normal ) but what I don’t like blaming the seme for it ….
The uke ( for me ) hurt the seme in a lot of different way and made him the bad guy ( the grandfather scene , the grape scene and the flower bed scene)
then there it that scene where the seme literally tell the uke he loves him , then being rejected by uke , telling him he can leave and do what ever he want and the uke go ( he gave up on me I am not needed) like is this a game he is playing..
and the carel or carol what ever his name was got on my nerve so much .. I had difficulty reading through the last chapter because of him .
