I believe it was intentional. Rahman’s original manhwa design looked like an arab prince, as well in the novel, but they changed the manhwa design to avoid controversy

i guess it depends on what you like. i don’t recall there being any rape/sa but the mc and fl have a huge misunderstanding between them that leads both of them to sleep with other people (more the fl) so if you’re not into the main characters sleeping with others then you might not like it
it is kinda annoying the misunderstanding and the ml sleps with someone else but i still liked their chemisty, the ending was a bit rushed though. but there is no sa or rape in this story

Bcuz the official eng translation come out on tap4s a month ago... but they still only have 40 chapters there comparend to the fan translation (around 114 ch? Iirc)
I remember reading this in 2013 when I just got into bl , rereading this again made me realise why I love old yaoi mangas. The manhwa/manga these days just don't slap the way these oldies do.

I know alot of people in my life who were abusive towards their partners, some of them even realised that what they did was wrong but never tried to redeem themselves much less apologise. So this guy going out his was to fix everything he broke and acknowledge his mistake even though he's the biggest asshole and a fiction character but for some reason it makes me happy how far he's willing to go
