No, she was killed by that Count and the prince was killed by another person.
She's saying that the prince killed her because the prince was the reason why she was thrown to the count which is obviously the one who really killed her.
she wasn't being killed by Rezef but by her ex-husband, more like she was sold off by the Emperor (Rezef) then that ex-husband harasses and abuses her to death.
Rezef used Cayena to become emperor then basically sold her off and had her marry the abusive count who abused her and eventually killed her. Rezef had something to do with her death but he wasn’t the killer, it was the count. Rezef was only extremely abusive towards her
