Aivan, the first guy with jet black hair is a double faced dude, he actually has his own harem of woman in the mansion and has been hiding them. None of them have met each other too, oof. MC accidentally discovers it and tries to run away, he won't let her go, and other leads try and get her away from him. There isn't really any plot tbh
