On the chapters that are here it shows both Keith and yeonwoo biting eachother's sideneck during sex especially since Keith is in his rut and yeonwoo is in his heat cycle, biting eachother would definitely make them bond because that's how it works; however in some other omegaverse stories the bite is either on the back of the neck or side of the neck, also thru knotting, or emotionally bonding.
But in here biting their necks is not how the bond works (I think), because in later chapters, when Keith gets his rut and visits yeonwoo at his house (and our dummy yeonwoo opens the door) Keith rapes (2nd time) yeonwoo due to his rut, yeonwoo bites him on his ear to the point of drawing blood which makes Keith knot him and impregnate him and in the process yeonwoo bonds keith by biting keith's ear and calling him 'my alpha'.
