Oh, they are such a perfect couple. I love how they still argue and bicker throughout the story (and not just when they were enemies). They truly tried to be the best person they could be for each other. I love how lovestruck Hyun-woo became after proclaiming to be so anti-romantic. Young-won is so PRETTY. So smart and driven, too. How unfair.

If this can even be fixed, which I highly doubt, considering we are 46 chapters in building such a detestable character, Jinx needs to be about 100+ chapters to even begin to reverse the damage Jaekyung has done. I have a feeling the author is following the BJ Alex structure, but I don’t think it works at all for Jinx. Jaekyung is just that much worse. If they end up together, a good time-jump where they are completely separated (and working on themselves) would be needed.

I love to torture myself. Here I am expecting it to be any different that it was in Ch. 1, but of course, it isn’t… This is Dan’s second reality check about Jaekyung. This better be the LAST. I hope Dan dumps that man before his upcoming match. Dude deserves to break that shoulder of his and suffer for 40+ chapters.

If the author doesn’t fix Jaekyung’s personality soon, I fear his so-called redemption arc will suck MAJORLY. Like, how can the first words he utter to Dan in the chapter be “The hell?” with the most pissiest face ever AFTER being made a hot meal. OH, he bugs me so bad . His karma will be that shoulder and losing Dan. Thank you to the ex for his words of wisdom. Dan needed to hear it.

It doesn't matter now. Whatever teary background JK has and reveals, whatever heartbreaking twists we'll be presented - it's all just a ton of nonsense however you look at it. It's chapter 42 already, the most important introductory part where "the gun must be hung on the wall to shoot later" is lost to stupid, mediocre story and character building.
There is nothing to be done to save this disaster of a story. Any reader with two brain cells and up would never fall for this redemption shit here. It's bound to be cringy artificial and laughable.
Okay, Director Kang was a dick in the beginning, but he absolutely absolved his wrongs by loving Ahn that much, which Ahn deserves! Love the trope when the MC falls for someone totally not their type, but then that person becomes their ONLY type. Also, the sex was hot. The dirty talk was top notch. Don’t get me started on the role play scene… I do wish we could have delved into the “getting to know each other” aspect of their relationship a little more. I think it would have justified that jump to being such a domestic couple (which I loved) Aside from that, this was a wonderful read!
