Guys for anyone confuse there is no emperor or king... only the empress/queen. The empress is the MC's mother... there might have been miss translation.
What i think is that the original story was about the MC's mother having a harmen with the "Dads" like in otome games...
Its also said that the original story starts where the MC's reincarnated body death so i really think the real MC is the empress...
Anyways... i also think that the story is just about the MC having wholesome times with her "might be dads" which are tyrants.

Huh? The MC reincarnated into the story but it says nothing about her being reincarnated into her modern world version from this particular story. Because if you don't remember her previous life's theory about reincarnation talked about stories being made up from your past life's memories but she wasn't the one who made this story up. She was simply reading about this one. That's why she's confused why she ended up in this particular story and also why it definitely wouldn't make sense if she was the former empress.
But perhaps it would make sense if it was her modern world mother who was the former empress and her modern dad was the reincarnation of her real dad from the fantasy world. And either they told her their stories before they passed away, told them to someone else so that that person could help them help her preserve their heritage if anything happened to them or they did both. And the first and third reasons would be why she gained interest in this theory she proposed as Ms. Cheon in the first place. It's just that in this case she also turned out to be the former princess.
