Personally this is the best ch in their story arc. I hope no one tries to trash on Kyungsoo & Haesoo. Kyungsoo knows if he runs back & keeps letting Chowon gets what he wants it won’t humble him. THATS why he didn’t go to the hospital. He wasn’t being a dick or cold, he was being realistic & normal. Same with Haesoo. Haesoo does not need to forgive him, he is not obligated to. However this CH shows how mature Haesoo is. Even though he doesn’t forgive him, he still tells him “You will be able to move on like an ordinary person. You’ll fell bad but eventually forget it.” I think Haesoo’s comment really helped Chowon. He didn’t curse him or call him a monster. He saw Chowon as a normal person in that moment.

Don’t mean to make you guys more sad than you already are but Fargo just tweeted that LIAI will be coming to an official end soon. Side story 2 will go until 24 eps. They said they may return with a Dogyeom side story and a Adult Byul side story but they don’t know rn :( the good thing is that they tweeted and said they made a lot of money off this story so they can continue it as a hobby rather than a money making machine.

So the author made some tweets that may be important to share. I’m just gonna do the basic summaries. First they said they were surprised people were actually on Chowon’s side more than Kyungsoo’s side in this situation. They also said they really liked Kyungsoo here and that Chowon was maybe being a bit too childish. I personally think that Kyungsoo’s reaction to the confrontation was very mature and valid. He had an appropriate reaction to what he heard.
The author also makes note that they didn’t realize Chowon had a split personality disorder until looking at something like a birth chart? The translation for me is a bit confusing. Chowon has always gotten what he has wanted or feels like he has due to him being a Dom omega. It was embarrassing to him that Dojun didn’t want him but wanted an ordinary Beta. Also soemthing about he used up all his resources so I’m thinking this means he had nothing else left which is also what his family blames him for ruining the marriage. Fargo also mentions he plays music cause it’s something he can be the best at and better than others at however he doesn’t love it. There’s no love for it and it’s superficial.
The last important thing I wanna note is the author said mental issues are different in Alphas and Omegas due to the pheromones cause pheromones make them unstable therefore they must address the problem at its early stages. So it’s clear to see that Chowon is off way worse cause it was never addressed from the start. This is just my theory but I think he’s so bad off cause of his family. They want to look okay so if news got out about Chowon’s mental illness they’ll be pissed cause he’s “ruining the family name.” For next chapter we may see more into his mental illness, family & Kyungsoo possible hospital visit but idk rn. Last thing and sorta a fun fact, the author of this story is studying Psychology in college rn!!
Also don’t blame Kyungsoo cause he didn’t know. Him and Chowon’s relationship is still fresh. Trigger words are a thing and I think Dojun is a big one. I personally do not think Chowon likes Dojun anymore but he’s a trigger for his disorder and it made him snap like that. He looked like a COMPLETELY different person when he said that stuff about Dojun so I believe it was just a trigger. That is how mental illness works everyone.

This hurts Kyungsoo because he thinks “So what am I to you?” Kyungsoo ends things and tells Chowon that he is scary & not a human being for all the wrong things he has done. Chowon tries to call Kyungsoo multiple times but he doesn’t answer. Chowon has a mental breakdown & takes his pills for his disorder. His violin instructor comes to his house only to see Chowon overdosed on pills & Chowon hallucinates & says kyungsoo’s name before he passes out & the chapter ends :(

I don’t he needs to take responsibility for once, I hope the author doesn’t make kyungsoo and chowon end up together. I know he overdosed and may have a mental condition but that is t an excuse. Well in terms of Chowon and Dojun’s relationship, He is a victim because if Dojun made it clear to Chowon about their relationship (like how he does not really like him and he don’t really wanna marry him (cos it’s an arranged marriage)) in a direct manner and ended things on a good note, he wouldn’t have a mental condition. What I mean is Dojun should not have carried on with the marriage if he is not interested in Chowon, causing him to fall in love with Dojun deeply and got hurt in the end. (Because in one of the earlier chapters, Chowon asked if Dojun ever liked (or loved) him but he said no so yeah. That’s how I see it anyways ahaha

It will not be simple as that since he is suffering from mental illness , his obsession for dojun will be there but it will take time to erase that. That's where new love (kyung soo) works and eventually he will understand what he did wrong . It is not easy to accept of what you always know is wrong thats happen to chowon and you said he did not feeling guilty? I'm telling you its there that's why there's the panel showing the dark side questioning chowon. I'm telling you, as a person who was diagnosed with mental illness, it will take time to heal the mind and when you realized what you did when you have the an "attack" it will get worse and the effect of it will be doubled . That's what happening with chowon right now.
Btw in RL all person with a mental disorder who committed crime didn't go to jail but they will go to facility which handle all person with mental disorder

Chowon and Kyungsoo go back to Kyungsoo’s place and have sex. After they sleep together they basically have a mini confession. I’m not sure if they’re like officially officially together or not but they do like each other. Chowon tells Kyungsoo he used to be married and was scared Kyungsoo would think it’s a turn off but he doesn’t. Hyesung & Byul appear near the end!! Hyesung tells the tea about Chowon without knowing that Chowon and Kyungsoo are an item now. Chapter ends with Kyungsoo looking heartbroken at the news and receiving a text from Chowon. Keep in mind HYESUNG DID NOT KNOW THAT CHOWON AND KYUNGSOO WERE TOGETHER.
Author tweeted that they think Byul would be back next episode. So that probably means no sexy chapter from Chowon & Kyungsoo or that the baby will just show up at the very end of the chapter with Hyesung <3
