I'm not even sure if woohyun is taking care of her cuz she slit her throat to prove her love and loyalty to woohyun and became crazy insane while in the hospital. Additionally, idk if the woohyun pushing her wheelchair at the end is really woohyun, since if I remember correclty, the panel before that scene was just han on a wheelchair with no one holding the handlebars and she's talking to herself (⊙…⊙ )
Addendum: Since it was the raws, I didn't understand much but the fact that woohyun, the other girl, and the blue-haired bestfriend still talk and are in contact as if they were friends and close and they weren't crazy shitheads baffles me, I think they were also like reminiscing shit like it was nothing dafuq. They act so normal in the timeskip. I forgot what happend to yellow haired guy.
