They are still married...the divorce never happened she just said she wanted one and left which made the ml realize the gravity of the situation and chase after. Marianne is concerned to go back to the way it was and wants the freedom to give her sister justice. They both love each other, in Marianne's words though she can't let their relationship hold her back from her heart...I do agree that hopefully they will resolve Veronika's case soon and move back in together especially considering Nadia and public perception but it is nice for Marianne to finally be treated right by Christoff and for her to be able to soar on her own wings which will hopefully remain even if you moves back. Anyone can predict the divorce will never happen.
