i see other people saying its still grooming but like it was a one sided crush from hwans side, it IS weird that dan ryeong liked hwan since he raised him but the entire story is messed up, hwan crushing on the only real fatherly figure in his life, the master going through his childhood and then his “mom” telling him to bed her, and then he suddenly had a disciple even though hes just a blood demon and arch healer, everyone in the story would be in therapy if they had our modern time standards for sure the author quite literally built their own world with these messy rules and we just have to push through
