The ml was always way older that mc. He’s supposed to be like 40, but the way he was originally drawn made him look too young. So the artist changed the way they drew him to more accurately represent his age. And his personality never really changed. They’re both into the same play, it’s consensual on both ends, hence why he asked if mc remembered their safe word. He was worried that he went too far, but mc reassured ml (and us) that it was consensual

It’s probably because the dude doesn’t even know what he’s fucking thinking. Like he is so moody and the fact that MC thinks that ML is sweet tells you he doesn’t know him very well and ML knows that.
