honestly i thought it was okay. very emotional and well thought out for sure! never really came around to liking taehyun that much, ending was lackluster too and imo sloppy. though they do have a realistic dynamic i wish we saw more communication.
and before anyone hates on me for not liking taehyun, it's just my preference. i understand his backstory but he really rubbed me the wrong way still. my tastes have changed over the years, i remember liking this a lot when i first read it but now not so much.
her family actually pisses me off so bad likes yes i know why based off spoilers but like she's innocent!!!! she's a human being too :( ig the sister was okay at first but she's so stupid and honestly so blind to the fls mistreatment sometimes

just apparently her dad and mom were drugged and that's how she was conceived. fls father hates that and takes it out on her, and after his wife dies blames it on her. the wife was leaving because she was thinking about divorce after she saw fl being abused. honestly very sad, i feel like no one is on her side for so long. even the sister is powerless and can't help her.
does anyone rmbr the past drama that happened with the brother and dad i forgot and lowk was confused
erm i pretty sure the dad likes the older brother better and treated their mother badly which made him resent his brother and dad and than the brother ended up marrying his tutor which he was in love with at the time
this isnt hate and i do understand the characters..but i do wish shinobu expressed a little more love to mc. it felt a little one-sided to the end but like i also know its because of his trauma and thats why he's like that
this moves so slow some chapters give us a pinch or development and then it ends. also i dont ship him with daejun oops
