guys the logic that i go by is that the first main lead to be introduced to us readers is nearly always going to be the actual main lead. so i’m betting on eugene/ toma to be the ml. even though i actually liked the emperor a lot bc i accidentally skipped to the 5th chapter after the 1st (the uploads are messed up in order) and he was the first one i saw.. IDK NGL I JUST LIKE HIM? i’m desperately trying to get eugene to grow on me too because i’m nearly certain he’s obviously ml with the first appearance and concurrent meet ups he’s had with mc. hell it’s chapter 25 and she hasn’t even met the emperor so it’s unlikely?
I love the emperor too (Rian is my favorite tho) but I highly doubt he’s the ML It’s probably for the better, their interaction was so cute but he seems like the type to put himself or the empire above Clicia, while Eugene would give up everything for her.
