author I worship U....Normally:) what an amazing story! one of the issues with obsessive love is that the mind is left untouched while every part of the body isn't. the physical and sexual torture can be horrific but analyzing someone like an insect that needs to be modified and corrupted is an absolutely brilliant. it's one thing to be trapped in a room with an obsessed "lover" waiting for you to crawl out so they can teach you a lesson, but when you feel sick to your stomach about being apart; left to your own devices and feeling like you deserve to be punished, it's terrifyingly beautiful. your mind betrays you and what's left is a shell of a person; wandering aimlessly hoping to chain themselves again.
seo dan continues to fall back to han bc this is the only type of love he's been familiar with. his family detest him and when han presents the opportunity to have his life gain a purpose; he chases it. His crave to fit in. His desire to be intimate. Han analyzes him with such an accuracy it's easy to stay bc who else knows him? No one. srry another rant but there's so much :333333
im going crazy!!!! this writing is absolutely incredible:)!!! i know that han is going to win us over with his backstory/feelings for seo-han but i honestly don't even care. it's such a common trope in these types of manhwas that it's too predictable but damn does this one make me think it won't happen. seo dan is also such a pitifully delightful take on someone who wants to fit in but has been wronged that he punishes himself, in such an interesting manner. i have so much to say and ngl i think i'm giving too much credit to the author but i can't wait to see what happens next ... just pls don't flop for my sake

a lot of y'all in the comments have no empathy for sex workers whatsoever and it's so jarring. overall great story, that would've been fine without the romance, but made my heart ache.
