This was cute as hell at first (I love the gamers meeting irl trope a lot) but idk...the stuff from Eegums pov was sooo long. Like it was literally the same story but from a different pov so it got kinda tedious to basically read the same thing twice. And then the non con scene really killed it for me. I'm not stranger to noncon in BL but it was so sudden and weird and just ruined the cute vibes. And then they moved on like nothing even happened?
I'm just a little disappointed on the direction this went I guess. I was hoping for some more drama between Eegum and the guild members. And the whole Ryeohan storyline didn't even go anywhere. It just felt like the whole story was flashbacks.
I agree. This is what i mean when I say that I'm not a fan of unnecessary rape/non-con in bl/yaoi/Shonen-ai. They could have full on taken that scene out and it wouldn't have made a difference... Or rather it would have felt more natural too the story than with it in it.
And by necessary rape, I mean when it's too short just how terrible a villain is and the like. No rape is necessary irl.
