At the end I got the feeling that the uke has to hide his personality - be all friendly - so that the "past" won't happen again. Like he is always looking around and only somethimes can relax. I liked the story a lot, but something was missing at the end.

I agree with you. The one thing that bothered me was how much the uke changed throughout the story, just through the huge emotional turmoil and self realization that he had, but at the end the seme didn't see any of that or have any knowledge of it... I just feel like that means he doesn't even love the same person! Also I feel like the author lost a chance to hugely increase the depth of the emotional connection and lost almost all of what she had already developed by completely erasing the semes memories of how their relationship was before!! He has no concept of how much the uke went through and sacrificed purely out of love for him other than a wild story about time travel he chooses to believe... it wasn't a bad story I even rated it 4 Stars so I don't have any real problems but that's just what the story needed to be five Stars for me... that and also the fact that we have no idea why this seme is in love with the uke which is honestly the fundamental problem... If she had explained that it would have been impossible for him to fall in love with a completely changed uke she needed something to fall back on like destined lovers
omg! how cute!!!!!
