They felt the need to make Emi loose her position in the country just from jealousy and other negative emotions they had with OR WITHOUT pina’s potions affecting them. And they STILL think like that even though she’s out of the country and there’s no more potions being used on them (and for awhile now). Their insecurities literally ruined a whole person’s life and the potions barely did shit, it’s all them and their extremely stupid mindset
