I can hella relate to perfume. I have a sensitive nose and I get very nauseous when I smell strong fragrance especially perfumes. I can't handle them that's why I don't wear any perfumes, I prefer fabcon instead; the smell is very light and comfy.
Dang I would puke when I'm riding any transportation everytime a whiff of perfume comes through my nose and it's so embarassing as an adult.
I really like the old art more because it gives me eerie vibes. Also, I've finished this before somewhere and they're like really two different stories, one reason of course the art style, then how the artist portray each characters' personality for example the ML; previous artist gives the ml a mysterious, and unhinged demeanor vibe while the new artist, they kinda made ml predictable and his emotions are visible that is kinda cute. (Something like that)
Or maybe, that's really how the story goes in the novel (I didn't read the novel) like, at first ml is mysterious, secretive, strategic (anything that is posible to describe this kind of character in typical shoujo mangas/whas) then boom it was all just a first impression cus you will know his true color once you get close to him.
