In the plot written under the title and tags, it says that the hands were groping him and that a traumatic incident from his childhood made him lose his memories,and from what was said in the 2 chapters, he was in an orphanage during childhood. Let me explain what i think happened, just my assumption tho not sure if that's how it is: i believe that the hands represent someone that probably sexually abused Tae Joon as a child in the orphanage, something which probably lead him to murder that person, that's why the hands are bloody. This whole experience was shocking enough to activate the natural body mechanism of erasing any painful experience. Also, from what i read in the plot, Jung Yeon is a rather manipulative person that takes advantage of Tae Joon's trauma, so he was possibly the same as a child, perhaps he knew that Taejoon was getting sexually abused, forcing his mentally weak nature to fight back and kill, without actually doing anything major himself to help him. This way he would be the only witness, the only special person that knew about Taejoon's secret, since he was probably obsessing over him as a child too. That is only my assumption, i haven't read any raws or anything more than those two chapters and the short plot.
