I was in a similar situation where i noticed that my friend had feelings for me. It's definitely not easy to tell the other person that you have no feelings for him/her. Yeah, so i kept avoiding the topic and pretended that i didn't know he liked me, all because i was afraid that my rejection would lead to us losing our friendship which was so precious, at least for me. This lead to a bad situation... I learned via another friend that had talked with him that he started thinking of me as a person that was playing with his feelings and this made me extremely sad since i definitely hadn't such an intention. So i decided to face him straight on and tell him that a romantic relationship between us is not possible. He cried, he felt wronged but in the end things cleared up. We're still friends now.
There is a small detail i noticed: If you look at Kirishima's eyes when Yoshino abuses or curses or degrades him, you can notice that his pupils dilate, something that indicates he's sexually aroused.
