yes yuki cheating on her in the beginning and marrying her despite being gay is trash — but he’s been actively trying to get her to divorce him and she basically refuses. then she basically gave him the clear, so idk how him pursuing a gay bar or being on his own is him “using her as a cover” or “cheating again”
this trio just needs to all move on with their life lol

i mean this man didn't tell his OG side ho they should also date around while he's living there??? or did I miss him saying "let's ALL see other people"? cuz yes he told the wife to but he was very much clinging to the boyfriend until his transfer became a thing so like..........is that /not/ cheating? (serious question)
lowkey can someone explain what’s happening with dream entertainment ?? I don’t really get that part ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
From what I understand it's like this:
The more stocks you own the higher percentage of a company you own. At the beginning of this series the two individuals people who had the highest number of shared was old Kim guy and director yoon. Because they own so much of the company, they have a bigger say in what happens: example being that they can interfere in what actors get what roles(and will do so for the actors they "sponsor")
It is later revealed that director yoon is also a descendant of a family, that as a WHOLE, have a very large number of shares in the PARENT COMPANY(?) of this company. I'm not entirely sure what's going on with the family but it's more or less insinuated that director yoon could inherit these shares, and if he does so have a vastly higher stake in the company that any other individual or group.
Note: there also seems to be a blockade as to why he hasn't done so just yet. Probably some condition of inheritance.
At the current moment, the plot point is that, for a reason unbeknownst to us, Director yoon has sold like almost ALL his shares to old kim guy. The result of this is that old Kim guy has such a high share count he basically wants to split the company into "everyone else" and "me" and work on his part of the comlany as king.
Now: the active plot is of course that director yoon wants to get rid of old Kim guy, and our male lead wants to get rid of famous actor whatever who betrayed him way back when. Because the betrayed is currently being sponsored old Kim guy, if old Kim guy goes down so does the betrayer.
This is also a somewhat relevant plot point as director yoon keeps telling ML they don't need to do anything and director yoon will destroy them both anyway (connotation: "be mine pookie")
The end.
The betrayer* works for old Kim guy, not the betrayed who would be out ML
Dream Entertainment has a subdivision, called Dream Productions, that the president created for Jay's endeavors- specifically, the drama that Jay is trying produce. That subdivision company has the sole rights to produce the drama from a novel that is expected to make loads of money. I believe it's called the "The Memory" or something like that. Chairman Kim has managed to takeover Dream Productions by buying up enough shares to become the majority shareholder. This is what the news blurb about the "transfers of stocks in Dream Productions" is referring to. Jay needed money for "something" (*snicker*) so the he sold his shares to Chairman Kim, which makes Kim pretty much the owner of that new subdivision and the only one who has the rights to produce "The Memory".
But remember that Jay has told Yoohan mysteriously, "I'm not giving up the drama". Jay is two steps of ahead of Chairman Kim, ensuring that Kim will fail in a BIG way. And it's going to be glorious ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
*Chairman Kim is also aiming for a takeover of the parent company, Dream Entertainment, as well. Then he will kick out from the company: the current president, Jay, and anyone who dared to oppose the Chairman. But that won't be as easy for him, and that's where Karlie's answer above comes in.
