well, if you look at the last chapter closely, pannel by pannel, you'll notice that sasabe got himself bitten by several alpha to try to break the bond, and utou found him in that state. Did it work? We don't know yet, but at the very least, sasabe was able to "naturally reject" utou less than before, to the point of clearly feeling like he wants him.
I swear, everyone just reads fast, and skips details with BL xDD not like I haven't done that, but I try to stop rushing the stories, is not fair for all the effort the author puts u.u
i don't actually think he got himself bitten by more alphas since it looks like he tried to scratch the mark away, also he had just said to himself that utou is the only one he wants so i don't think he'd go and get bitten.
