I dont think it was over night. they were together for 13 years. We dont even know when he took out the loans so let's say he started resenting her in the middle and now it's like some twisted hatred he has for her but can't escape because of his past feelings.

He doesn't hate her at all on the contrary he's still very much in love with her but i just don't get how he turned from a man who blushes when she looks at him to a man who cheats on her like that's just not right unless there's more to the story or something the triggered his new attitude ig we'll see in the upcoming chapter
