So yeah, the servant bitch also said that SH "apparently" lost interest in NK, I was confused at first then the servant said that, SHs basically like always around on NK but without making eye contact with NK, so I thought, maybe he's just keeping his distance, since last chapter he said there thoughts were not important then let his body take the lead and his "body" apparently kisses NK, so did he find it weird?? He even remembered when he was looking at NK sleeping peacefully which he thought was strange, like boi that ain't strange my dude (maybe because he also doesn't know what falling in love means??).
Yeah me, ranting again hoping that the next chapter it will explaine why SH is avoiding NK and NK locking himself up in his room.

The chapter only confirms that SH is overwhelmed by his new found feelings for a manwhore he is showing constraint and actually avoiding Nk without sleeping with other people.

I doubt Seungho is avoiding Nakyum due to his feelings. I think he is jealous, since Nakyum is having sex with Seungho because of his teachers words, and he wants Nakyum to truly want him.... or he is avoiding him to make Nakyum realise he is not kept there simply for sex, but I think jealousy is the main reason behind his changed behaviour..
