And the reason she doesn't leave it might be because playing the hero and solving quests is the job of "the Hero party". Aside from magnus, there isn't any other group that dedicates to it for the sake of doing a good for the world.

Sometimes there are people that take opportunities that initially seemed to fit in the plan to realize their dreams just to find out it was just a muddy swamp filled with wicked intent. when they're down on the dirt, is foolish to think on going back on you're steps just because they wanted the clean and tidy path (it doesn't exist btw). people just keep going forward until they find the chance to get out of the swamp or drown trying.
So, what I'm saying is, there is a big difference between recyclable trash and disposable waste. they're not the same.
