In my opinion the story of two ciels may go in two ways, one the one who just appeared is the real ciel, the older brother of our current ciel who wanted revenge due to witnessing the horror in his family he probably took up his older brothers name to be reborn to a new person, remember he was shy and clingy to his father and always in bed sick like his mother, but his older brother was not. Two, the self-proclaimed real ciel is actually vincent, revived by undertaker (remember experiments on the dead) knowing him, he might have done a break through. Took that long to write that hahaha, well thats what I think. The first one actually makes alot of sense to me considering elizabeths reaction towards ciel shes probably conflicted I mean she did love him, if you noticed on the previous chapters, specifically on easter day, elizabeth did say that they always made eggs together but that year was different for she only made it herself. But....!! Thats only my personal opinion thanks!!!
By the way if a big fan of plot twist like this one here, I strongly pandora hearts.
