Lol I know it seems tedious and almost unnecessary for her to make him search for the jewel just to find the den of the human trafficking, but do you really think either of them have any evidence for the human trafficking to raid the guys casino? Brosk, its just my assumptiona nd theory but I had a feeling since he was at the camp that he's totally gonna get through by earning their respect. That way he won't or there's a less likely chance of being betrayed by them and he will have their backing.
He said "another host is emerging" so... is she originally from a flawed story? She IS called a host. I saw the other comic which commenters were saying to think of it as a prequel, and am waiting to read it, but I'm not sure how much it'll tell us about her past either so... hmmm .-.
It only tells us that she was a cannon fodder in her original world and became a host after she died. The prequel is about her very first mission you should read it though it’s pretty good. ^~^
