collecting the puzzles and really paying attention to the story, we as an audience already knew that Hohyun and Youngwon have been in a cycle and reincarnated every time, but… seeing Hohyun ask Youngwon if he’s seen him die… it broke my heart. then when Youngwon says that he’s lost count after 20, i immediately started bawling. to know that that’s why Youngwon is so protective and possessive of Hohyun, to know that he still has the scars from all the past cycles, it hurts seeing him finally admit to Hohyun this information. and it makes it even more painful to think that he’s probably told Hohyun this every time he finds out during these cycles, only to die and forget again. god, i’m so heartbroken and invested in this.

am i the only one that likes the side couple just a tiny bit more than the main? like, yes, i love Yugun and Ian, they’re my babies, but Kyungmin and Mi-rye just slightly edge them out. maybe it’s because Kyungmin is my favorite character, but… i don’t know. Mi-rye, despite being annoyed with Kyungmin at first, slowly falls more and more for him and does outlandish things to get his attention, all the while being his usual tsundere self and it’s adorable seeing Kyungmin appreciate him for it.
