This is a realistic story to an extent but I can’t like soma regardless. His character was one foot in and one out which made him hard to like. His comment on “having standards” was also completely unnecessary anything else to say “no we aren’t in a relationship” would have been enough and the whole whining about not being completely over his ex but still being in love with someone else is just wrong, I get that it’s normal for some people but personally I could never do that to someone while claiming to love them

The wife is a piece of work seriously… I get he shouldn’t have ever let a stranger around the kids so easily but seriously she isn’t a saint or anything. She was cheating with a married man before, during and after she was married. She was looking for an excuse to divorce and I’m all for find your own happiness but not how she went about doing things.
It’s nice to see that the son comes around in the end

Okay Mc has trust issues which are the result of his past relationships which is causing him to project those insecurities on to the Ml, that being said Ml isn’t wrong for not sharing who the person is since it isn’t his secret to tell. Imagine the Mc was the one on the opposite end I can imagine he wouldn’t want his secret to be revealed either. Ml did offer a good solution calling the other dude (forgot their name) and asking him directly but regardless the issues is that Mc wouldn’t believe it cause he already didn’t believe when the Ml told him to call and ask thinking that they are in cahoots. So technically neither of them is wrong ( ̄へ ̄)

even if uke's ex-bf isn't sht they would still come to this i mean seme was with red-haired that night when seme said he would go to uke's house then he heard redhaired sht bout he slept with someone in their team and the sht that's bout socks(which he heard bout how seme and redhaired talked bout it) which his suspicion already kinda valid but when uke said "i know u sleep with that guy" instead of explaining things to uke he went "I can't say you a thing bout it cuz it's private" and bro that's what things got worse he should just tell instead of not telling it he prioritized someone's secrets over their misunderstanding that could lead to their breakups like could he also trust uke with it? he isn't just anyone UKE IS HIS LOVER and that's what me pissed off

Even if you remove the insecurities the evidence is circumstantial at best so again not enough to right out accuse the Ml of cheating now here is my main issue, the Mc already decided that the ML cheated regardless of whether ML had told him who the actual person that slept with (purple hair) was. I understand that the situation isn’t easy but he isn’t exactly looking for the actual truth, he is looking to confirm the truth he decided actually happened. Again not saying your opinion is wrong because if I was in the Mc shoes I’m not sure I would be calm about the whole situation but honestly the only reason I decided to comment was because neither is exactly to blame and I thought I would give my perspective on the situation

I understand that the ML should have told the MC about her mother but he was a child living in a toxic environment trying the best he could to protect the mc’s mother from the abuse. Most preteens don’t understand how to manage their emotions fully so how was he supposed to tell the girl he fell in love with her mother was being abused severely by his own mother and father which later resulted in her death, he did what he thought was best ultimately which we know wasn’t the correct thing but I genuinely don’t understand all the hate.
