I've always wondered Queen's reaction on Sanji. Unlike everyone else who say 'So you're a vinsmoke' or 'You're a germa' and all that, but Queen said 'Judge's son. Vinsmoke Judge.' I wonder if they're friends or something? (⌒▽⌒)
Since Queen is obviously proficient in research and development, he may have connections to Germa with respect to scientific advancement. Judge and Queen could have been colleagues in the past. That's my best guess.
