So basically, he gave up being a suit actor (stuntman) for being a real actor (actually showing his face). And when they were having the photoshoot, the manager(or whoever) told them that they are going to do some sort of TV special where the cameramen follow them in their day to day lives for a week. That would mean showing the world his boyfriend (Honda). I believe Kaido is afraid it will ruin Honda's life. But based on the last few pages it seems Honda is afraid of stepping in Kaido's way of reaching his dream with his boring/average life.
I sure hope they don't have issues, but I feel it's going to get real!
