After investigating the book and seeing the similarities and looking at the twisted, vile nature of this author's other works I think it is very likely they were inspired by Nabokov's Lolita for this particular manhwa. Perhaps Ramjak is intentionally making Lumi look more and more like a child as the story goes on to illustrate that she is a child that is being sexually abused and manipulated by her stepfather. Doesn’t make the story and sex scenes any less gross but just something I thought of.

What’s worse is people actually begun to ignore the author’s original intent of the novel, and began sexualizing the victim. The story is about a pedophile, and he is an unreliable narrator. It is NOT a romance.
