If you read the notes that is what the fan translation group wants and left 40 open for chapter 40 for Tapas Why they take 40.5. They know some will like Tapas. Your choice is Tapas
I actually think the opposite I think the fan translation is so much easier and nicer to read. This is their first time doing this and they will get better in time. I do hope when they get other chapters up. You will still give them a chance because you can see all the mistakes and plot holes and Inconsistences Tapas created.

yeah for some reason its difficult for me to remember korean names. maybe just because im not as used to them
Oh, dun worry, I'm the same. I've been reading manga for years, so remembering japanese names is super easy, it's 'normal' now, but I only got into korean webtoons a couple months ago and all the names are still so unfamilar and hard to pronounce for me, haha. so it's not easy for me as well ^^;
However I've read this manhwa probably 5 times by now, so I remember everyones name and face lol

i'm also kinda confused too but here's what i understood from the previous chapters.
- jungwoo punches the prof
- ppl took vid of jungwoo and reached his dad
- dad got mad at jungwoo
- dad wanted jungwoo to go to school but jungwoo doesn't want to
- so jungwoo made an excuse that the prof (i think same prof that raped youngmin) talked shit about her mom
- and i bet jungwoo did something so that the prof would be fired from the univ
and i think the dad is mad at jungwoo cause he doesn't go to school and just plays, i feel like he's also kinda shocked that he is gay
