okay so i reread this for the 2nd time now bc i cant get over how adorable it was and i noticed things i never noticed in my first read shajbd this is gona be a lil tiny rant BFJBAKF
okay so basically remember that time where makoto was kinda lowkey sad bc luca didnt ask him to live in his home together? bc luca once said hes told his old gfs to live with him in Africa but they said no bc its "too hard to live there" AND SO LIKE MAKO WAS LOWKEY UPSET BUT HE ENDED UP BEING THE ONE TO TELL LUCA THAT HE WANTS A FUTURE WITH HIM AND THAT MADE LUCA SO HAPPY. yes that. at first i jus thought luca didnt ask mako that bc of his insecurities and bc he might get rejected (even tho mako made it clear when they first had seggs that he wanted to go to his home and he brushed it off as "visit" RBAKBF) BUT I JUS REALIZED THAT PROBABLY THE REASONN WHY HE DIDNT WANT TO ASK LUCA WAS BECAUSE..... *drum roll* bc his tribe or type of ppl didnt agree with same sex relationships and theyd arrest gay couples (as per mentioned in the first chap) and BECAuSE THEY ARENT SUPPOSED TO FALL IN LOVE HENCE THE POLYGAMYYY.
idk it might be small details and this post is probably insignificant but the thought that LUCA WAS WILLING TO CHANGE THE FACT HE WANTED TO LIVE WITH HIS FUTURE PARTNER IN HIS HOME IN AFRICA JUST SO HE CAN BE WITH MAKO AND LOVE HIM FREELY is just so cute to me. thats probably why he hesitated and didnt tell mako to live with him bc he thought about living somewhere else with mako T^T bc home is where the heart is right? its cute ima stfu now
u kno this is rly cute and fluffy but i think ill read it when its finished bc i have a feeling its going to be one hell of a slow burn and i love that but ill save myself from the frustration and impatience HSHSHSHS
