basing from my knowledge in isekai manhwas these are what my suspicions are as to what are the next events are:
she gets into the capital and gets reunited with her family— specifically her brother.
she forms a bond with a brother that will make him not a villain anymore.
she will catch the eye of either the crowned prince that they were talking abt or a mysterious dark haired hot duke.
i mean this is all just speculation but ykno how it goes so i call dibs HAHAHAHA
anyway, remember that one chapter when kahaku wanted to protect fushi's humanity? yeah that. Also i keep wondering why kahaku didnt stay by fushi. like yk how when they die they have the choice to either stay by fushi's side or go somewhere else away and the thought of kahaku not staying keeps haunting me bc he probably really did want to stay but since he loved fushi he knew it would be best if he didnt. I also love love love that kahaku was literally the only one in his bloodline who didnt seem obsessed with fushi but rather more in love. he didnt see fushi as a toy or some kind of thing to own he saw him as a person and someone he had to protect and to love thus the "i want to protect his humanity" :(( he had desires of wanting to tell fushi what to do but at the end of the day he always went with what fushi decided. i could probably go on and on and if i wasnt super lazy id probably make a character analysis or smth HAHAHAH but i wont. gn kids

On god! And kahaku was considered the weird one for wanting to perseve his humanity. No one took a second to think "hmm maybe we shouldnt play with death as if its nothing. This might really screw our morals especially Fushis". I understand they were at war and that Kahaku couldnt be trusted because of the knocker but he really didnt deserve to go that way. He didnt even have a chance to properly talk to Fushi before deciding it would be best to off himself for their sake. He was always portrayed as weird and suspicious by everyone else when he was literally on their side. I didnt like that they were suspicious of him as a person just because the knocker inside him fucked up amd betrayed them.
Well except that I think there are different reasons why he couldnt resurrect. Either because of the reincarnation thing of his clan where his soul couldnt wander around since there would have to be another successor. Or because he didnt think he deserved to stay by his side like you said. It might also be because he wanted to erase the traves of the knocker for good
