The tl are compiled so its much more condensed compared to the manhwa. I think its because the chapters are much more shorter so they just added it up like that(im not sure about the numbering either)

it’s only the issues with the business. theo’s just been annoyed she hasn’t been talking to him about anything and that she was being hypocritical, since she she told him they’re a couple and it’s normal for her to go to events together, and he’s throwing it back at her that if they were a couple she wouldn’t be hiding this stuff from him (which she isn’t, she just doesn’t wanna burden him)
