Hii-kun (he could have passed him off to the other two, but Hii-kun might've had a harder time without both his parents), and also 2. Maa-chan had a cold and fever which sex wouldn't have helped but made worse. I've seen it is hard for alphas to control themselves around omegas in heat, so it wouldn't have been gentle, healing sex I'm guessing.
Yes, if a marked Omega has sex with their Alpha partner it can help relieve them during their heat. Taking medicine by pills or injection (just like Masaki did) also helps but it takes time for the medicine to kick in
I agree with Lena Lena. Hiromu could have helped Masaki by having sex with him but with Hikarin around that was a no-no lol. All he could do was keep playing with Hikarin and distracted until Masaki could get better
