As a C-section and new mom, it's very realistic. A baby can literally tire out the parents. In the beginning, we didn't know what to do since my mom died a few years ago and my husband's mom is in another country. Then, I had a relapse when my husband went back to from work in another country. We literally won't make it without our village, my dad helped us a lot and we hired a house keeper and a baby sitter too.
Hope there's more realistic parenthood stories like this. It's always portrayed easier in manga's specially after birth （/TДT)/
