It pisses me off. Just translate it to puppy or baby/babe Chi-young calling Heeseong boy just sounds weird af. Like, that's your lover, not your son/male relative. And they don't rlly have a daseong/hyung dynamic, since Heeseong just calls Chi-young by his name. It was kinda hard to read the official translation bc of this

genuinely i think it's cause sometimes the official translation basically doesn't translate the whole sentence. they just use words that fit best with the sentence it's in. if u get what i mean ;-;
