I rly can't stand this servant, if he let them through, his master's plan would still have worked, no matter how shitty as a father he is, if he still picks his kid's rapist over his son then, well, you're just better off orphaned. But no, he let the father think his master was being irresponsible in a night out and let the rape go on. You can say you think someone deserves to be raped, that's a you thing, on your morals, and you can say the rapist wasn't guilty of the rape, but you cannot say it wasn't rape. That's literally what the word means - forceful or coercive sexual contact (in some countries it only counts intercourse, in some countries any contact or even extreme exposition — like jerking off in front of someone with the intent of showing this unwilling person the sexual act —, can be accounted as rape).
You do know that by law, you cannot be exempted of rape charges with "I was under the influence of drugs", right?
"Oh, he raped because he was high on drugs she gave him" the victim gets charged on aggravated assault, for poisoning, but he will still be tried for rape. Whether the court rules him as guilty or not doesn't change the fact that the rape took place and he is a rapist.
Considering that aphrodisiacs are a legal narcotic, youd have to get the same principles of any other legal narcotic under the premise that its intake was involuntary and unknown by the accused.
So, yes, you can make a case of "my client did not know he was being fed that drug", attenuating the sentence, but he is still responsible for the actions his drugged-self committed. It's not like someone drugged him and inserted his unconscious dick on someone else (which has happened irl and if the Mc managed to make his servant sit on him, then it would be considered rape, on both the seme and the servant, by the MC, but no parts were willing), nor was his drugged-self coerced into it. His drugged-self was in an altered state of mind, but his actions were still his.
Same principle of killing — you can still be considered guilty of manslaughter, which means you had no intention of committing nor any ill-meaning, it happened because of you, but not through your will nor through your neglect. You are still responsible.

Really good, I guess the hiatus and weekly reading makes the experience different, because I don't agree with none of the criticism I'm reading, I get what yall mean, but I think this is wrapping up very nicely the loose ends. It's hard to comeback from the shit that happened, and having yeonjun as that final push for dajun to realize he really doesn't want to lose Uigun, despite it all, was pretty smart. I just hope we don't have to sit through yeonjun tragic back story, cause I really don't find him entertaining as a MC.
The only criticism I'd make, considering that I believe we will get some deep dive on Uigun's family specially their reaction to him coming out and some closure with his bro, is that there are sex scenes that are too long. Four chapters is just way too much. Two is fine, two and a half I can justify, three is almost lazy, but FOUR? There's no need for that, bro.
