i appreciate the author showing us their cute, happy and vanilla ending (as it was obvious the prince was poisoned and had his mood greatly affected by the poison) because i think both of them love each other and that’s all i’d want. i just wish that the ending wasn’t so rushed? the prince consistently pursued her and she was really adamant on not becoming the empress and within like.. 10 ish episodes she suddenly goes back to loving him when she spent the whole series ... trying not to. maybe i’m just rooting for the underdog/second lead but i wished she had gotten with carsein because their relationship just... developed better? no hate to her ending with the prince, i just wish it would have ended later or her falling for the prince began earlier

genuinely don’t think that takeo has any malice intentions with “dating” wakou just to properly gauge his feelings. does it put wakou in a not so awesome position? yea. is takeo forcing himself to try and like wakou? no. i think takeo’s just a curious and confused guy and he’s looking at someone who he never thought would develop feelings for him, and now he is reconsidering. it’s obv he thinks wakou is cute/his type, i’d just hate if something happened as a result of a misunderstanding and it causes them both to be unhappy before they are happy happy

i genoux think this is a good plot. romance? not so much considering how twisted taesung is and wants sooyoung to literally be dependent on him physically, mentally, and emotionally but this is such an interesting plot. taesung’s twisted personality with sooyoung’s is so good, and as a reader seeing sooyoung slowly fall for taesung and him reading him so well is just AHHH! because it’s like, yea taesung can read you so well and is always one step ahead BECAUSE he made you take the steps you took! he orchestrated everything!! constantly on my toes reading this but definitely not here for their toxic relationship

i think if hamin just pointed out what red head said about ryeo (and thus rather him not trusting ryeo, it’s about the other guys being untrustworthy!), this could have gone better. i get that ryeo sees people in a positive manner so all of this comes off as hamin being insecure (which, i don’t personally think he was until maybe now aka latest chapter bc of ryeo), when in reality there are discrepancies between both of them that to me are a result of different perspectives. like i’m glad ryeo thinks hyungwoo is trustworthy but i feel like all of loveru is trustworthy, it’s more if they are supportive which hyungwoo obv isn’t from how he reacted...

begging for a time skip so i can see lippe at least at 16 pls it feels so weird knowing she’s so young and everyone’s into her at that age
