I don't fully blame the Emperor for this mess but it definitely would have helped if he just talked to the twins on an honest level sooner. Because at this point it's hard for them to listen.
Ishina by far is the real one. She is legit the only one truly taking the time to be frank with the twins.
That may be true but she still thinks of them as a burden to the Empire just like with the other employees she's no different from the others
She's at least being very frank about it. She doesn't lie or mince words which is helpful. I'd rather have someone be upfront with me about this kind of thing than smile and plot on me.
