I don't consider it bullying if people have been telling the uploader(s) the same thing for more than a month. They just don't wanna listen, so I hope everyone thanks them if/when Byeonduck decides to drop it or sue like they've been thanking these uploaders

Yes it is. These people have been told directly Byeonduck to stop uploading her work and she threatened to stop because of them.
