Technically speaking, Killing Stalking IS BL, even though it doesn't seem like it. BL generally refers to any type of romance(healthy or not) between two men, and can either have sex or not. Killing Stalking doesn't have a healthy romance or a healthy standard for what is considered "love" between the 2 main characters, but it is still "love" if it falls under the yaoi category. Yaoi is any type of romantic relationship(healthy or not) between two men in a manga/manwha style that has sex in the story. This basically means all yaoi is BL, but not all BL is yaoi.

I never said it was a romance, I said it had a type of romance in it. Given that the romance is extremely unhealthy and twisted, it's easy to not actually recognize any there. Yaoi doesn't mean just that there's sex between men, it means that there is some level(ANY level) of a romantic relationship that includes sex in the story. Also, if there's a main love interest in a shounen anime that makes the main pair straight it has to be considered a romance because it can't be considered shounen ai, shoujo ai, yaoi, or yuri as it is not either some type of GL or BL. If there's a main love interest there has to be a type of romance unless the main love interest is only considered the main love interest in the fandom.
