Haruta(omega) is nachi's (Blonde Alpha, atleast i think he is) boyfriend of sorts. Nachi tried to break up with him because he's expected to join his family's political line and then he needs to enter this all boys elite school (teijo) and become a successful alpha. But haruto loves him too much so he studies really hard and gets in the same academy. Now that he has entered he realises most omega are sleeping their way up here. There's this festival where the first year student are required to pair up with third year students and so nachi can't pair with for some reason. So nachi is trying to find his own partner for the festival and haruto needs to find one too. But the way omegas are doing that are by sleeping with potential candidates and he doesn't like that. In the meantime his first test results comes and he's not doing so good on them.. If he can't score a good passing grade he'll have to take special classes and therefore can't attend the festival. So he studies and bonds (friendly) with Aoki ( Black haired alpha and part of E4). Everyone in E4 is banging someone or the other except aoki so haruto really respects him but the glasses dude (don't know his name) kind makes haruto believe that even aoki got into e4 by sleeping around. He's kinda upset at how everyone in this academy is just having sex all the time. Then his roommate tells him that if he doesn't find a partner soon he'll have to go for application based one and there random people just choose whichever person they wanna go with some even force them as you can see. So Haruto stands up for his friend who was being forced and aoki steps up and offers himself to be that omega's partner for the festival.
That's what I understand so far. I feel like there are some details being left out. For example nachi's second gender is unclear. And why can't he go with haruto is unclear too. Maybe the future chapters will help. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
