they don’t see him as a human just because he survived the great dungeon. Him surviving led to a lot of trauma and guilt, so him having to put up with them praising him as a god is just so so tragic :(
it’s realistic what did yall expect, he did a lot of very unforgivable things, made him suffer, and finally realized how deep that wound really is. so of course he is being consumed by guilt and can’t forgive himself :0
