Not really but It was more Arthur's choice but it's still Tess' fault because Art had to save her but in order to save her he needed to lose something he practiced and trained for years.

I think it was mentioned that her mother had a unique ability where she could tame shinsu, or something like that. I think he wishes to manipulate her(MC) after winning her trust and use her to deal with amon, since it's been mentioned that he really dislikes the leopord.

Where does she get her pale blue eyes (or gray eyes ) when her dad's eyes is blue while her mother's eye's is golden (or amber or whatever that color is).....????

I agree with this more. Maybe I’m just being biased bcs of how shitty they’re treating her but i feel like he looks after her out of obligation rather than “like”. I mean, first off, he talked down to her the second time they met each other while drinking tea with his brats. He established that there’s a gap between them, commenting how she should’ve had golden hair instead of her platinum blonde. Second, why the heck did he give her a blue dress when the color theme of the ball(? was it a ball?i dont remember) was yellow??? He could’ve sent a letter at least? Aint that sketchy as hell?? Third, he might’ve given her an etiquette teacher but why not give her an ancient language teacher when it was supposed to be a mark of nobility or something? It’s too obvious he doesn’t give a shit, man.

The fact that she’s her mom’s daughter is the only reason he’s tryna be decent with her and gives him the obligation to provide her with the barest minimum. I’m betting once he discovers she has the ability and whatnot, he’ll prolly gonna try to suck it up to her an amp up his “affections”. I could only hope our FL won’t be dumb enough to succumb to the manipulation(altho with how things are rn, she’s smart enough to look through the bs so im relieved).
